Vancouver-based, we offer extensive event coverage across Metro Vancouver. Including:

  • COMPREHENSIVE COVERAGE
    • Travel Allowance:
      • Applicable for event staffing services over 25Km from Vancouver.
      • Flat fee per way, up to a 100Km radius.
      • Within 50Km: 1-way travel allowance.
      • Within 100Km: 2-way travel allowance.
      • No travel allowance for Culinary or Bar Experience packages.
    • Equipment Rentals:
      • Rental and bar equipment available at an extra cost.
    • Certifications:
      • Staff holds relevant certifications (SIR, FoodSafe, First Aid, WHMIS, etc.).
      • Staff is WorkSafeBC insured and covered.
      • General Liability and Liquor Liability Insurance maintained.
  • ATTIRE PREFERENCE
    • SERVICE STAFF UNIFORM:
      • Clean and groomed appearance.
      • Button-up shirts (black or white).
      • Black dress trousers and shoes.
